What Payment methods you accept?

You can select your preferred payment method at checkout.

We accept secure payments for domestic customers via Credit & Debit Cards.

When will my ePUFF order show up?

Shipping destinations:

  • We ship to all 50 US states.

Make sure it is legal to purchase full-spectrum CBD in your state.

Shipping times:

  • Domestic orders take 4 business days to be delivered to you and orders received by 10 am PST are shipped the same day. Orders placed after 1pm PST will ship the next business day.
  •  
  • Shipping time might vary depending on stock availability, destination, holidays, and other factors.

Why did my order decline?

Your order may have declined due to one of the following:

  • The credit or debit card billing address does not match the billing address entered.
  • The credit or debit card has multi-level security features. Contact your card provider for purchase approval.

I was charged and was my card been declined

We only authorize the initial transaction amount. A pending charge often means incomplete or inaccurate information submitted. Please be advised that the authorized amount will appear on your account for about 5 -7 working days, regardless of a successful transaction being made.  This amount has not been posted/debited. If you show a pending charge has not been removed after 3-5 days please contact us at info@epuffstore.com. If you show multiple posted/debited charges please contact your bank directly.

We ship to all 50 U.S. states

When will my order be shipped?

Domestic orders take 4 business days to be delivered to you and orders received by 10 am PST are shipped the same day. Orders placed after 1pm PST will ship the next business day.

Orders placed on Fridays will be shipped on Mondays. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, national holidays.

 Shipping time may vary depending on stock availability, destination, holidays, and other factors.

How do I track my order?

You can track your order using stamps.com. Your tracking number is located in the order status tab of your account.

Tracking numbers are updated as we receive them from the shipping company. It may take a little time to connect the tracking number to your order. We thank you for your patience.

What are the shipping costs?

What's the difference between vape juice and CBD vape juice?

CBD e-liquid, CBD e-juice, CBD vape juice are all different terms used to describe a CBD-based liquid that you can use in an e-cigarette, vape pen, or be vaporized. CBD vape juice contains a CBD oil that has been extracted from a hemp plant containing a carrier oil and some vape juices. The average CBD vape has less than 0.3% of THC as mandated by the 2018 Farm Bill.

What is full spectrum CBD?

Full Spectrum CBD is extracted from the whole hemp plant leaves, flowers, stem, and seeds. It can contain up to .05% THC and other cannabiods. Full spectrum CBD also contains vitamins, minerals, and terpenes.
