14-Day Warranty, DOA and Wrong Item Claims
Please contact our customer service team by email at firstname.lastname@example.org with a description of the problem along with your order number (by the allotted time listed below). Your order number can be found on the upper right corner of your receipt. If the issue cannot be resolved by email, we will send you instructions on how to send the item back for replacement along with a return authorization (RMA) number. Replacements are ONLY shipped after the defective item are shipped back to us. "Dead on Arrival" (DOA) and "Wrong Item" claims must be reported to us within 48 hours from the delivery time. "14-day Warranty" claims must be reported to us within 14 days from the delivery date.
Your package must be postmarked within 5 days of receiving your return authorization (RMA) number. We will only replace defective items with working items of the same model.
Returned merchandise must be shipped in original packaging, freight prepaid, unused, and in resalable condition and are subject to 20% restocking fee. You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. BEFORE returning product, email email@example.com for a Return Merchandise Authorization. We'll do our best to respond within 24 hours. ePuffStore inspects all returns and reserves the right to refuse credits on damaged, misused or non-resalable items.
Please include your billing customer name, order number and serial number (if applicable) in your email.
Your obligation is the freight charge and stocking fee where applicable, provided your return is complete with original packaging, all documentation, warranty cards, cables etc.

We encourage you to test your product within 2 days of receipt so we can quickly remedy any mechanical problems. If you think your product is defective, don’t worry.

Special Order Items
There are no returns allowed for USED VAPORIZER, ELECTRONIC CIGARETTE, TANK, ATOMIZER PRODUCTS. Electronic cigarette tank and atomizer products are not covered by warranty and cannot be exchanged.
Shipping and Handling
Customer assumes all costs in shipping items back to us, and we assume the cost in shipping replacements to the customer. For all returns, shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. The customer is responsible for shipping charges on the returned merchandise and should ship the product using a method that allows the package to be traced. The shipment should also be insured. No COD packages will be accepted
